From "Blitz" & "Luna": Two Beautiful Puppies (NO LONGER) Available!

Nelson has gone home to his new family in San Francisco as of 3/31/31, AND... Emmeline was just too good to let go. We placed her in a Foster-Guardian home and will test her as a future breeding dog for Golden Gate Labradoodles!

Luna's pups are ready to get settled in their "Furever" homes. We have completed our temperament evaluations for the litter, and we have two puppies available to the right family "match":

This is "Nelson" and "Emmeline":

"Nelson"

Nelson has a beautiful solid frame, with a broad Lab-by head, wide chest and big paws that hint of his future stature. We expect Nelson to mature to a size of about 45 lbs., give or take 5 lbs. Nelson is brave and independent and somewhat "analytical". He is excellent at entertaining himself, and so would be suitable for a family who are not necessarily around all the time,  but (due to his strong food motivation) he can also be very focused and attentive. He gets on well with other dogs and would be suitable for a "friend" doodle as well.

Emmeline:

Emmeline is loving, affectionate, confident, and sociable. My son (who is pretty jaded about cute puppies) says she is the cutest puppy we have seen for several years! True, she has a lovely broad head, big luminous eyes and a soft wavy coat of ivory! She is the smallest in the litter and not likely to exceed 35-38 lbs. Emmy is lively, playful and energetic--suitable for a family pet with older children, or for adults.

Hazel's Parti Animals!

Hazel has a wonderful litter of chocolate and white parti-pups--with one solid chocolate pup-ette for good measure!  The pups (4 girls and 3 boys) will likely mature to mini/small mediums in size and have a range of wavy-to-curly fleece coats.  There may be availability in this litter for families who have already submitted applications.  The pups will be going home from April 19th to no later than April 23rd.

Remarkably, Hazel's best dog gal-pal "CocoaPuff", who has her own litter of two pups, is a natural mama herself and has been allowed to act as "nanny" to Hazel's pups:

CP's pup is more than twice the size of Hazel's!

Luna & Blitz's Furbabies On The Loose (Availabiility In This Litter)

At just 6 weeks of age, the puppies are starting to become more independent and to enjoy socializing with friends and family who stop by to visit.  They are much more active and run up and down the drag racing track of the adjoining kitchen/laundry room/bathroom.

"Is it Breakfast yet?"

Our policy is to be conservative about taking too many reservations in litters to optimize the "match-up" and we only accepted 4 reservations initially, but one family moved to a Guardian Family situation. We are now accepting 2 more confirmed reservations for one of the caramel-cream puppies from this litter.

While it is too early yet to make any assessments in terms of temperaments, we conduct  a formal evaluation at 7 weeks, the results of which we communicate to families with a puppy reservation. We place puppies primarily on suitability of temperament, but try our hardest to satisfy families' preferences, in order of original application date, for color, size, and gender. There are 6 pups--2 boys and 4 girls (2 chocolate girls; caramel-cream male and female; cream male and female). We expect the puppies to average about 40-50 lbs., though males can sometimes be larger.  The scheduled Go-Home date for the pups is March 18th-23rd.  Our application can be found on our website under "Buying a Puppy". As always, you are welcome to call.

Apologies again if you tried to contact me between December 20th-January 31st when our computer crashed and we were working off of an old-model iPhone. I know there are quite a few emails that "disappeared" from my "unread" queue.
