Girls of "The Summer of Love": Coming of Age

"Summer of Love" litter mates "Girl Friday" (formerly "Incense & Peppermints") and "Flower Power" (both rocking their as-good-as-it-gets health testing results with better-than 90th %ile PennHIP scores) are beautiful examples of our breed in terms of solid structure, temperament, and health testing. Both "Girl Friday" and "Flower Power" have passed PennHIP, OFA Hip & Elbow, OFA Eye, and OFA Thyroid testing and we anticipate puppies from these girls in the late Winter/early Spring 2015!  The prospective suitors are already lining up.  These girls have settled down as wonderful and beloved family companions...but check out their radical youth!:  Social Unrest ; Peaceful ProtestDon't Tell Mom...

Stella and Topper's Pups: Meeting New Friends...and Families!

Stella and Topper's little ones are entertaining (and being entertained by) many different folks of all ages. They are also spending more time outside, and, selectively, with our older dogs who are teaching them proper dog "manners". ("No. It is NOT a good idea to rush up to an older dog--especially Uncle Cosmo-- and start kissing them, without a proper introduction and a little show of submission.")
After their baths the pups get a little fresh air!

The pups live in the breakfast nook and are attentive to goings-on in there...especially related to dinner time!

Stella's Lil' Monsters!

Life has become decidedly more interesting for the pups, who have moved into the busy and noisy kitchen, where they can toddle about on the kitchen floor and interact with older pups and dogs. The pups especially seem to enjoy hanging out with their mama Stella's guardian family, who are regular visitors. (They were not as impressed with their baths however!)
